1.	КЛИМЕНКО Л.П., ВОСКОБОЙНІКОВА Н.О. ПІДВИЩЕННЯ РІВНЯ БЕЗПЕКИ РЕГІОНУ ПРИ ВИКОРИСТАННІ АЛЬТЕРНАТИВНИХ ДЖЕРЕЛ ЕНЕРГІЇ
	Стаття присвячена актуальному на сьогодні питанню сталого розвитку та підвищення рівня екологічної безпеки за рахунок впровадження альтернативних джерел енергії. В роботі розглядається система екологічних індикаторів екологічної безпеки та обґрунтовується індикатор, за яким можна оцінити зміну рівня екологічної безпеки регіону при використанні відновлюваних джерел енергії. The article is devoted to the actual problem of sustainable development, ecological safety and energy saving with using of renewable energy sources. The research is focuses on the question of evaluation of the level of resource-saving with using of windand- helio plants in heating-and-cooling systems of buildings. On the basis of investigations that were made, the indicator to calculate the change of level of ecological safety was chosen.
2.	ДОБРОВОЛЬСЬКИЙ В.В. АЛГОРИТМ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ БЕЗПЕКИ ЕКОЛОГІЧНОЇ СИСТЕМИ З ВРАХУВАННЯМ РИЗИКІВ
	Розглянуто п’ятирівневий алгоритм визначення рівня безпеки екосистеми, яким передбачено формування екологічних характеристик, аналіз загроз, двофакторна оцінка ризику, а також шляхи і засоби зменшення небезпеки. The 5-level algorithm of determination of the level of ecosystem safety is considered. It is foreseen forming of ecological descriptions, analysis of threats, 2-factors estimation of risk, and also ways and facilities of diminishing of danger.
3.	ДОБРОВОЛЬСЬКИЙ В.В. УМОВИ МІНІМІЗАЦІЇ ЕКОЛОГІЧНОЇ НЕБЕЗПЕЧНОСТІ ЕНЕРГЕТИЧНОГО ОБ’ЄКТА
	Виконано аналіз стану енергетики в Європі. На прикладах динаміки світової енергетики отримано підтвердження дії біосферних законів. Зроблено прогноз розвитку регіональної енергетики. Обґрунтовано умови забезпечення екологічної безпеки джерел енергії. The analysis of the state of energy in Europe is made. On the examples of dynamics of worlds’ energy confirmation of action of biosphere laws is got. The prognosis of development of regional energy is done. The terms of ecological safety of sources of energy are grounded.
4.	ФЕДАК І.А. УКРАЇНА ЯК СТОРОНА КОНВЕНЦІЇ ПРО ТРАНСКОРДОННЕ ЗАБРУДНЕННЯ ПОВІТРЯ НА ВЕЛИКІ ВІДСТАНІ
	Екологічна складова національної безпеки України перетворюється на один із домінуючих чинників внутрішньої та зовнішньої політики української держави. Сьогодні екологічні проблеми окремих країн і регіонів переросли в глобальну проблему всієї планети. Вирішення цих проблем вимагає співробітництва держав світу, об’єднання зусиль міжнародних організацій, громадських об’єднань і всього населення планети. The ecological constituent of Ukrainian national safety grows into the one of the most important factors of the external and internal policy of Ukraine. Nowadays the ecological problems of separate countries and regions outgrew in the global problem of the whole planet. The decision of these problems requires collaboration of the states of the world, association of the efforts of the international organizations, public associations and the whole population of the planet.

5.	ГРАБАК Н.Х. ЕНЕРГОЄМНІСТЬ ҐРУНТУ ЯК ВАЖЛИВІШИЙ ПОКАЗНИК ЙОГО РОДЮЧОСТІ
	Наведені результати багаторічних досліджень про вплив різних агротехнічних заходів на родючість чорноземів звичайних і південних. Зроблена спроба виразити родючість ґрунту через його енергоємність. Вказані деякі шляхи попередження втрат ґрунтової енергії. The results of long-term researches about influence of different agrotechnical measures on fertility of black ordinary and south earths are resulted. An attempt to express fertility of soil through his energy capacity is done. Some ways of warning of losses of the ground energy are indicated.

	Розглянуто інноваційні методи використання відновлювальних джерел енергії, в тому числі використання водної енергії як альтернативного екологічно чистого та економічно вигідного джерела енергії. Paper represents innovative methods for using renewable sources of power including using water energy as alternative power that benefits with ecological purity and economical profit.

	Розглянуто перспективність розвитку геотермальної енергії в Україні та Польщі. Проведено аналіз використання різних видів геотермальних засобів у господарстві. Paper represents perspectives for developing geothermal power in Ukraine and Poland. Economical using of variety of geothermal means has been assessed.

	Розглянуто можливості та перспективи використання енергії вітру в Польщі та Україні. Проведено техніко-економічний аналіз використання вітрової енергетики та визначено енергетичний потенціал вітру щодо створення ефективних вітроелектричних станцій. Paper represents studying possibilities and perspectives of using wind power in Poland and Ukraine. Usage of wind power has been technically and economically assessed and wind power potential has been determined as for creating effective wind power stations.

9.	ЗЮЗІН В.О., ЗІНЧЕНКО Т.М., КИСЕЛЬОВ А.Ф., ЦЕБРЖИНСЬКИЙ О.І., ЯБЛОНСЬКА Т.М. ЕКОЛОГІЧНІ ТА ІМУНОЛОГІЧНІ ОСНОВИ ПРОВЕДЕННЯ ІМУНОРЕАБІЛІТАЦІЇ НАСЕЛЕННЯ В УМОВАХ ПРОМИСЛОВОГО РЕГІОНУ
	Вивчено вплив екологічних факторів та механізмів взаємодії нервової, ендокринної та імунної систем організму, принципи та методики проведення імунореабілітації населення в умовах промислового регіону. Встановлено основні відмінності імунореабілітації в умовах зростаючого екологічного пресингу на імунну систему населення. Influencing of immunological factors and machineries of co-operation of machineries of cooperation of the nervous, endocrine and immune systems of organism, principles and methods of conducting of rehabilitation of immunity of population is trained in the conditions of industrial region. The basic differences of rehabilitation of immunity are set in the conditions of the growing ecological pressing on the immune system of population.
10.	ТРУНОВ О.М., БЄЛІКОВ О.Є., ПРИСТАВКО Л.О., САЧЕНКО П.П. АПАРАТНІ ЗАСОБИ ДЛЯ ЛІКУВАННЯ УШКОДЖЕНЬ ХРЕБТА: ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ
	У даній статті розглянуто основні напрями розвитку фракційної терапії ушкоджень хребта. Виявлено недоліки деяких методик лікування та представлена розробка направлена на пришвидшення одужання хворих й на зменшення ризику спричинення рецидиву. The main spheres of development for fractional therapy of spine’s injury are considered. The disadvantages of different treatment methodologies are defined. The contemporary technology of medical equipment and systems department of Mykolayiv State Petro Mohyla University is presented. The purpose presented methodology is the speeding-up of patient’s rehabilitation. Moreover, it is devoted to decrease the relapse risk.
11.	ТРУНОВ О.М., ЖУК Д.О., ЖУК І.Ю. МІКРОСКОПІЧНЕ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ВЛАСТИВОСТЕЙ БІОТКАНИН МЕТОДАМИ ГОЛОГРАФІЇ
	Запропоновано оптичну схему голографічного інтерференційного мікроскопу для неруйнівних досліджень мікропереміщень поверхні живих клітин та фазових змін, що в них відбуваються. Система може бути використана для комплексної автоматизованої реєстрації інтерферограм при необернених процесах у живих тканинах та реконструкції структур мікробіологічних об’єктів на різних стадіях їх трансформації. The optical schematic of holographic interferometrical microscope for the nondestructive exploration of the human cells surface and phase changes in them is proposed. The system is useful for the complex automatization of the interferogram registration and processing.
12.	ТРУНОВ О.М., ІХСАНОВ Б.Ш., БЄЛІКОВ О.Є., МАТАШНІКОВ С.В. ЕКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНЕ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ АПАРАТНИХ ТА ПРОГРАМНИХ ЗАСОБІВ МПС ФІЗИЧНОЇ РЕАБІЛІТАЦІЇ ХРЕБТА Й ТАЗОСТЕГНОВИХ СУГЛОБІВ
	У статті розглядається процес проектування та створення МПС фізичної реабілітації хребта й тазостегнових суглобів. Особлива увага приділяється ефективності лікування та безпеці пацієнта. Структура програмно- апаратного рішення з точки зору простоти, безпечності та надійності розглядається детально. Розглядається структура комплексу, в якому керівною ланкою для системи було обрано ПК, за допомогою якого і відбувається керування лікувальним процесом. Розглядаються питання екстреної зупинки комплексу в аварійних ситуаціях, всебічний зворотній зв’язок за положенням та температурою. Інтерфейс керівного ПЗ розглядається окремо. The development and realization of microprocessor’s complex for physical rehabilitation of spine is considered in the article. Strong attention is applied to the efficiency of treatment and patient’s safety. The structure of hardware and software applications is considered in details. PC was chosen as main part in presented complex. All treatment process is controlled by PC. Questions of complex’s extra-failures in contingency, overall feedback by position and temperature are considered. The interface of controlled software is presented separately.
13.	ГУСЄВА Н.Г. ГЕРІАТРИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ РЕАБІЛІТАЦІЇ
	У статті розглядаються питання комплексної реабілітації осіб похилого віку. Особлива увага приділяється специфіці застосування методів відновлювального лікування з урахуванням змін в організмі, зумовлених процесом старіння. The article deals with problems of complex rehabilitation for elderly people and people of senile age. Special attention is paid to methods of restoration treatment taking into account changes in organism caused by the process of aging.
14.	СОЛОВЙОВ С.М. ІНФОРМАЦІЙНЕ ТА ЕКОЛОГІЧНЕ СУПРОВОДЖЕННЯ МАТЕРІАЛЬНО- ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНИХ РЕВОЛЮЦІЙ В ІСТОРІЇ ЛЮДСТВА
	У статті викладені результати аналізу матеріально-технологічних революцій (МТР) в історії людства. Простежено вплив МТР на динаміку екологічної ситуації в глобальному вимірі. Зроблено відповідні узагальнення. In the articles expounded results of analysis of materially technological revolutions (MTR) in history of humanity. Influencing of analysis of the dynamics of ecological situation is traced in the global measuring, the proper generalizations are done.
РЕГІОНАЛЬНА ПОЛІТИКА СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ
15.	ДОБРОВОЛЬСЬКИЙ В.В., НЄПЄІНА Г.В. ОСНОВНІ УМОВИ ФОРМУВАННЯ РЕГІОНАЛЬНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ
	У статті зроблений аналіз системи показників, індикаторів і індексів сталого (збалансованого) розвитку. Також надано декілька основних тлумачень поняття “сталий розвиток” проаналізовані пропозиції по забезпеченню сталого розвитку держав з перехідною економікою вказані план практичних дій та основні напрямки вдосконалення людського суспільства на шляху сталого розвитку. The analysis of the system of indexes, indicators and indexes of sustainable (balanced) development is done in the article. A few basic interpretations of concept “sustainable development” are also given suggestions on providing of sustainable development of the states with a transitional economy are analysed the plan of practical actions and basic directions of perfection of human society on the way of sustainable development is indicated.

The article is devoted to throwing light on the problem of organization and development of nature-protective objects as main motivating potential of Mykolayiv Region visits and the development of tourist industry of the region as a whole.

18.	ГАМАЮНОВА В.В. ЗНАЧЕННЯ ДОБРИВ У ФОРМУВАННІ РОДЮЧОСТІ ТРИВАЛО ЗРОШУВАНИХ ГРУНТІВ СТЕПОВОЇ ЗОНИ УКРАЇНИ
	Наведені зміни вмісту гумусу, основних елементів живлення – азоту, фосфору, калію та миш’яку в темно-каштановому грунті залежно від добрив та тривалого зрошення. The resulted changes of maintenance of goumousou, basic elements of feed – to nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and arsenic in dark-chestnut soil depending on the fertilizers and protracted irrigation.
19.	ГАМАЮНОВА В.В., ВОЖЕГОВА Р.А., МАРУЩАК Г.М. ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНІ ВИМОГИ ДО ВИРОЩУВАННЯ РИСУ З УРАХУВАННЯМ ЕКОЛОГІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ НА ПІВДНІ УКРАЇНИ
	У статті викладено основні елементи технологічних прийомів вирощування рису, вимоги до мережі каналів, якості зрошувальної води, застосування засобів захисту та інших заходів, яких необхідно дотримуватись для стабілізації екологічного стану зони рисосіяння. In the article the basic elements of technological receptions of growing of rice are expounded, requirements to the network of channels, yacoti irrigated water, application of facilities of defence and other measures which it is necessary to stick to for stabilization of the ecological state of area of risosiyannya
20.	КУЦ Г.М. ОПТИМІЗАЦІЯ РЕЖИМУ ЖИВЛЕННЯ ТОМАТУ НА ТЕМНО-КАШТАНОВОМУ ГРУНТІ В ЛАНЦІ ЗРОШУВАНОЇ СІВОЗМІНИ
	У статті наведені дані вмісту органічної речовини, загального та водорозчинного гумусу в темно-каштановому грунті при вирощуванні томату в ланці зерно-овочевої сівозміни під впливом систем удобрення та обробітку грунту. In the article the data of maintenance of organic matter are resulted, general and vodorastvorimogo goumousou in dark-chestnut soil at growing of tomato in the link of zerno-ovochevoi crop rotation under act of the systems of fertilizer and till of soil.
21.	ХИМИЧ Д.П. ПРИРОДООХОРОННІ ЗАХОДИ ПРИ МЕЛІОРАЦІЇ ЗЕМЕЛЬ
	У статті викладені основні напрямки охорони навколишнього середовища при меліорації земель, розглянуті питання охорони землі та водних ресурсів. Наведені запаси водних ресурсів на Україні та їх споживання різними галузями народного господарства. In the article there are the basic directions of guard of environment laid out during land-reclamation of earths, the considered questions of guard of earth and water resources. The supplies of water resources on Ukraine and their consumption by different industries of national economy are resulted.
